At Passion Planner, we want you to be completely satisfied with your tools for self-reflection and growth. If your planner isn't the right fit, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original, unused condition and was purchased within the last 30 days. Please note that digital products and personalized items are final sale.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different layout.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label and securely package your planner. Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location to begin the transit process.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any applicable shipping fees.
